By accessing or using HumaraMusic (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HumaraMusic is a free music streaming platform specializing in Pakistani and South Asian music. We provide access to music via embedded YouTube videos, curated playlists, artist profiles, karaoke features, music news (SurTaal), and community features. Premium features may be available through paid subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

You may browse the Service without an account. Creating an account enables personalized features such as playlists, favorites, and ratings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent any access controls; use automated tools to scrape content; upload malicious content; impersonate others; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Music content on HumaraMusic is streamed via YouTube's embedded player and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the respective copyright holders' rights. Our platform design, branding, articles, and curated content are the intellectual property of HumaraMusic.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content metadata, or availability of specific tracks. YouTube video availability is subject to YouTube's policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

HumaraMusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
